As overseers and founders of WGM, Fred and Penny Owens flow under the anointing of apostle and prophet. As a couple they provide invaluable insight to both the church and business arenas and assist leadership with developing strategies to fulfill Gods Kingdom - on Earth today. Consultants of administration, and finance they are able to bring a refreshing to churches and corporations. They are active in ministering prophetically and enjoys the laying on of hands to impart God’s gifts. Apostle is a passionate teacher with a focus on building and restoring the biblical foundation of the Word of God in people’s lives. Prophetess flows in the gift of wisdom as she teaches and operates in prophetic council by the Holy Spirit, to empower the people of God in His supernatural acts for Kingdom daily living.

Our founders understand that there are seven mountains that influences mankind’s life. As a team they bring knowledge and insight that empowers believers to seize the mountains and control them in spheres of influence. Having been in ministry and business for well over 30 years, the two have raised eight successful children, eleven grandchildren and have many who call them mom and dad without any maternal links. The goal of this apostolic team is to restore, equip, empower and deploy God’s people to become over-comers and release them to that place the Creator designed them for. They believe this will cause the earth to flourish and be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord. No matter if in ministry or the marketplace - God’s people are designed to influence their city and impact nations as they live out a victorious life for Christ.

William Fultz
Pastor Fultz is the pastor of WGM’s “Open Cell“ ministry. Open Cell ministry strives to build a bridge between the ex- offenders and their families. the focus is on reestablishing the ex-offender back to being a productive member of society and thus returning normalcy to the home. Additional focus is given to strengthen and educate those left at home to provide a stable environment for restoration of the family to happen.
Elder Fultz has great insight concerning the system of incarceration and rehabilitation. He spent over 20 years as Correctional Officer in a maximum - security prison in Illinois where he rose through the ranks to Caption and then retired.
Prophetic Scribe

Fultz
Kelly serves under the creative anointing of prophetic scribe, teacher at WGM. This ministry operates on three levels; administrative writing, instructional writing, and creative writing. All the instructional material for WGM training classes, the creative marketing and informational material for WGM is in her care . This anointing also allows her to teach scribe class, and to scribe services, events and prophetic words that are given, as she keeps record.
